Is ThreadWave a replacement for the WhatsApp Business app?
It can be, but it doesn’t have to be. With coexistence you can keep the WhatsApp Business app on your phone and use ThreadWave on your team’s computers for the same number.
If data is stored locally, how do teammates see the same chats?
An admin “hub” owns the connection and teammates join as members. New messages are relayed to the right people; nothing is archived on our servers.
What happens if my computer is off?
New messages wait briefly on the relay (up to 7 days) and are delivered when the app is back online, then deleted from the relay.
Are you affiliated with Meta?
No. ThreadWave is an independent product that uses Meta’s official WhatsApp Business and Messenger Platform APIs.
