Can I keep my existing WhatsApp Business app number?
Yes. With coexistence, the WhatsApp Business app on your phone and the Cloud API run on the same number. Some app features behave differently once the number is connected — Meta lists them during sign-up.
Who pays for WhatsApp messages?
Meta bills WhatsApp usage (templates, and service messages under its current pricing) directly to your Meta business account. ThreadWave’s plan price doesn’t include Meta’s charges.
